  1. PRICING - How competitive are your prices?
    Our prices are the most competitive you'll find anywhere in the UK and in some cases (e.g Final Draft 7.1. download), are even cheaper than buying from the USA especially when you factor in the EXTRA US FEDEX shipping charges, Import Duty and Credit Card charges and exchange rates... But don't take our word for it, shop around. We'll match or beat any price.
  2. PRICING - Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
    VAT is NOT included in our prices.
    If your order is being shipped to any UK or EU address, VAT of 15% will be added to your bill.
    If your order is shipped to any country outside of the UK or EU, you will NOT have to pay VAT.
  3. DELIVERY - How long will it take for orders to arrive?
    Delivery time depends on the Payment method chosen.
    Paying by Credit or Debit Card via our secure SecPay card merchants will ensure a quicker delivery than paying by bank transfer. We ship same day funds clear for next working day delivery in mainland UK and on average 2-3 days for Europe (depending on the destination)
  4. DISCOUNTS What is a REDEEM CODE and why don't I have one?
    Redeem Codes are discounts available on products offered on this website. Their value can vary from a % discount on the cost of your purchase, to an offer of Free Shipping. Redeem Codes are generally only made available to customers who have Registered on this website.
  5. PAYMENT - Can I pay by Bank Transfer?
    Payment by Bank Transfer to our UK HSBC account is recommended to those who have access to internet banking. Goods are dispatched as soon as exact funds for the goods purchased show as cleared in our account. Once funds are cleared, goods will be shipped using your chosen shipping method. Please note that ALL BANK CHARGES are your responsibility. Goods will not ship if these charges have been passed on to The Screenwriter's Store.
  6. GENERAL - Why do I need to Create an Account?
    There are many benefits to creating an account with The Screenwriter's Store. The most useful for you as a customer, is the ability to view, amend, or check the status of your order information or shipping details at any time.
